Wonca Direct Member, Delegate, Student, Trainee and Junior registration fee includes participation to scientific meetings, congress materials, coffee breaks & lunch, welcome cocktail and closing ceremony. For Student / Trainee / Junior registration, a letter of confirmation from the applicant's head of department must be submitted with the registration form.
Accompanying person registration fee includes coffee breaks & lunch, welcome cocktail and closing ceremony.
Company Representative registration fee is only for exhibition companies. This fee includes coffee breaks, lunch and entrance to the exhibition.
Cancellation and refund
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the congress secreteriat. %50 refund will be made for cancellations until May 30, 2008. No refund will be made after this date.
